Access Bars is an easy to learn and powerful to use modality that can assist you and others to release fixed points of view, stress, anxiety, overwhelm AND create more ease and joy in your life.

I love sharing this class with other like minded people who are willing to be open to creating new possibilities in their life.

what I love most about BARS is that any one can learn it and everyone can benefit from BARS. No healing experience required. Kids love it! My grandson often asks me to runs his bars! My grand daughter is a BARS practitioner and she is only 12 years old!
