What is Ceremonial Grade Cacao?

Ceremonial Cacao is made from heirloom strains of wholebean, organic, Cacao from Central and South America. Unlike conventional Cacao or cocoa powder, Ceremonial Cacao has not been defatted and is minimally processed under low temperatures to maximize its health benefits.

Generally hand processed, this keeps all the healthy fats, minerals and minerals locked into it's yummy goodness.

What are the benefits of Ceremonial Grade Cacao and what is it used for?

Cacao beans are loaded with many essential minerals required for a healthy body.

These include magnesium, calcium, iron, zinc, copper, potassium and manganese.

Cacao contains numerous active compounds and nutrients that stimulate the brain's production of neurotransmitters and neuro-modulators. This results in the release of feel-good hormones like Endorphins, Serotonin, and Dopamine, which are responsible for our improved mood after drinking or eating cacao.
Cacao is a sacred plant medicine, beneficial for Meditation, healing, connection with others or oneself, celebration and awareness are just some of the purposes associated with ceremonial cacao.

This is why this moment is often accompanied by specific rituals, chanting, yoga, prayers and/or silence and sacred ceremony.

At my Sacred Cacao Ceremony's we come together in conscious communion and connection.

When we sit in circle with others we create this ripple affect of healing into our world and amongst us in circle.

In a ceremony with me, I gently guide you to open your heart, soul and mind, to let go of your busy brain and drop into the present moment, totally embodying the moment.

We use a variety of breathwork tools to support your journey and to guide your healing process.

Other energetic tools support your release and joy as we journey back to the present moment.

What does a cacao facilitator do?

A sacred cacao facilitator, creates and holds sacred healing spaces for others to feel supported as they journey to their past, releasing trauma and emotional wounds.

A facilitator is so much more than a host.  My students are trained to access their intuitive gifts and innate ability to connect soul to soul with their participants in ceremony and hold them through every emotion that moves from their body.

An accredited facilitator has been trained in the highest of practices, energetic tools, breathwork and with a dedicated respect for this sacred plant medicine.
