About the event
Two hours of healing, relaxation, restoration and activation with two powerful medicine women - Denise Hughes and Natalie McIvor
Under a starry sky, nestled within the forest, we will gather around the firepit and connect with the beautiful lands of Karnup. Holding a cup of cacao at our heart space, we will allow ourselves to pause, to be present, to be open to the healing gift of ceremony.
Soothed by the sounds of nature, and the beat of the drum, Denise will lead us on a somatic breathwork journey - a deepening of our consciousness as we gently release what no longer serves us.
Denise is a trauma-informed somatic breathwork facilitator devoted to creating safe, nurturing spaces where the nervous system can soften, release, and recalibrate. Her approach is gentle, intuitive, and nervous-system-led, honouring each person’s pace and capacity.
