About the event
Please bring yoga mat and 2 x cushions and blanket and water bottle. Please arrive at 615pm Dress comfortably as you will be in deep meditation for around 90 minutes. Take the elevator up to the 1st floor, room is half way down hallway on the right.
Natalie is a Certified Breathwork Facilitator, Reiki Master & IICT approved Sacred Cacao Ceremony Facilitator Trainer.
Tanika is a medicine woman womb healer, bowen therapist, reiki practitioner and sacred cacao journey facilitator.
